If you purchased a ticket but are unable to locate the email that contains the download link, follow these steps to pull it up online.
- Place your mouse over the “Tickets” (don’t click).
- Select the “My Account” option in the drop down menu.
- Log in (if necessary).
- Click on “Orders” in the left side menu.
- When your order appears, click the “View” button.
- Click “Download” in the Ticket area.
- Save the ticket:
- On a computer, save it and print out a copy when you come to the event.
- If you’re on a mobile phone, save the ticket PDF in a format that works for your deviceĀ (on iPhones, save to iBooks) or take a screen capture.
