Wristband Pick Up Instructions

Entry into the 501st Banquet requires a wristband. We highly advise getting your wristband in advance, along with your banquet gift bag, to avoid long lines at the door. You want to get your seats nailed down so don’t waste time standing in line! To get your wristband and gift bag you MUST bring your 501st banquet ticket with the QR code and ticket number. PayPal receipts are NOT tickets and we cannot look up your ticket on site. The ticket looks like this:

You can print out the tickets or save the ticket PDF to your mobile device. We recommend you do both if possible to make sure you don’t forget it. Once the QR code has been scanned the ticket is void, so do not lose it! If you need help retrieving your ticket from the website, see our Ticket Look Up Instruction page. One person can pick up multiple wristbands and gift bags as long as they have the tickets, so feel free to send a friend or family member to do this for you.

There will be several opportunities to pick up your wristband and gift bag in advance. These times and locations also apply to Bash wristbands:

  • Wednesday, April 12, 5 – 9 PM, at Uno Pizzeria (8250 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819)
    • The first 501 people get an extra Bash doubloon this day only!
    • Uno Pizzeria is donating 20% of their sales to the 501st Legion Make-A-Wish Endowment Fund, so stay to eat and raise money for charity!
  • Thursday, April 13, 10 AM – 2 PM, the 501st Experience room (#W206) at the convention center.
  • Thursday, April 13, 8 – 10 PM, the 501st Swag Trade Party (Hyatt Regency Orlando Ballroom).
  • Friday, April 14, 10 AM – 2 PM, the 501st Experience room (#W206) at the convention center.

Wristbands and gift bags can also be picked up outside of the banquet. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or no shows. Other details to be aware of:

  • Bring your ticket with you to the banquet to remind you of your meal selections. Please do NOT change your choices!
  • Wristbands must be worn on the attendee’s wrist. They cannot be attached to clothing or accessories.
  • Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
  • One gift bag per ticket holder. No extras are available for sale.
  • If you purchased an anniversary drink flight paddle and glass set, please bring your PayPal receipt to pick up.
